FINEPLACER^® Solder Fume
Extraction Module

This module is designed to protect personnel from inhaling hazardous fumes and dust during the reflow process to meet the corresponding rules for working safety.

The polluted air is purified by a filter unit and released into the room again. No external exhaust ventilation is needed.

In spite of increasing filter soiling, a controller ensures constant exhaust flow at the working area.

In this way, the programmed soldering parameters of the FINEPLACER^® are not affected, and constant rework results are guaranteed.

The air is sucked through a filter system consisting of a combined HEPA/Activated carbon- filter cleaned, and returned to the workplace.

Through a regulation which keeps the suction power constant until complete saturation of the filter, constant suction to ensure reproducibility of the parameters for soldering.

The connection adapter of the Fume extraction module is at the base plate of the FINEPLACER^® installed.

Optionally, one or two separately lockable stainless steel flexible hoses are installed.

The solder fumes from the work area are removed by suction nozzles.

A constant suction power guaranteed regardless of the filter contamination consistent soldering results.
