Positioning Head

For pure positioning the FINEPLACER^® system offers a height adjustable positioning head.

The positioning head is clamped like a normal soldering head in the solder arm of FINEPLACER^®.

with the positioning head the components can be accurately positioned to 5 microns on circuit boards.

the positioning head can be continuously moved in the Z-axis, to compensate for different component heights.

Depending on the component size are suction adapter with diameters of 0.5, 0.9, 1.3, 2.5, 3.5, 5.0, 6.3, 8.1, and 10mm available.
