FINEPLACER^® Flux Transfer Module

The Flux Station is used for depositing flux on the bumps of a component.

It is mounted at the clamping tracks of the positioning table and has depressions with different depths on the top side.

Using a squeegee, the depressions are evenly filled with flux. A component can be picked up using the placement arm and dipped into one of the flux. The depth of the depression determines the amount of flux at the bumps.
