Suction system for applications with a maximum suction volume requirement of 450m³/h.

Three-stage filtration

The devices extract the generated air pollutants, filter out harmful particles and gases using a three-stage process, and return the purified air to the workplace.

Filter stages:

  • Labyrint bellows bag coarse particle filter
  • HEPA fine dust filter with pre-filter fleece
  • Activated carbon filter

Digital control system

The digital control of the systems adjusts the pump output to the set suction volume depending on the degree of saturation of the particle filters. This means that the pump runs at optimum suction power until the filter is completely saturated.

In the event that large quantities of particles are generated during the process, the installation of an inline filter is recommended as an alternative.
