Smoke, gas and dust extraction systems
Configuration

1. System selection
The selection of the correct model is extremely important to ensure an adequate extraction rate and optimal filtration.

2. Volume flow or vacuum control
Digital extraction systems are available with volume flow or vacuum control. For piston, spot, and arm extraction, vacuum control should be chosen. For laser and machine extraction, volume flow control is intended.

3. Pre-filter selection
Pre-filters protect the main filters from premature saturation. Depending on the application, a wide range of pre-filter variations are available.

4. Main Filter Selection
Depending on the application, a wide range of main filter combinations are available. Special filters can be offered for specific applications.
Connection set
Ducting or hose connection of extraction systems to lasers, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, workstations, etc.
Options, Accessories & Service

6. Inline filter
Some applications require additional filter capacity. The inline filter can significantly extend the service life of the labyrinth bellows bag filters.
7. Pipe and hose connections
For connecting extraction arms, machines or lasers.

8. Accessories
Available accessories include nozzles, hoods, bonnets, laser adapters, valves, flexible stainless steel arms, table clamp holders, and much more.
9. Interface Connection
The systems offer interfaces for correspondence with connected machine or laser controls. Options include: ON/OFF control and fault signals.

10. Installation
Correct installation is essential to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to optimally protect staff and processes.

11. Service
Maintenance and upkeep are important to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, to optimally protect employees and processes, and to avoid downtime.
