Suction system for applications with a maximum suction volume requirement of

Three-stage filtration

The devices extract the air pollutants, filter out harmful particles and gases using a three-stage process and return the purified air to the workplace.

Filter stages:

  • Labyrint bellows bag coarse particle filter
  • HEPA fine dust filter with pre-filter fleece
  • Activated carbon filter

Digital control system

The digital control of the systems adjusts the pump output to the set extraction volume depending on the degree of saturation of the particle filters.
This allows the pump to run at optimum suction power until the filter is completely saturated.

Für den Fall, dass beim Prozess große Mengen an Partikeln anfallen, wird alternativ der Einbau eines Inlinefilters empfohlen.
