The Direct Component Printing Module (DCP Module) is an “All in One“ solution for reworking QFN, SON and MLF components. It is integrated into the FINEPLACER® rework station to support applying new solder directly onto the QFN components during the running rework cycle.

A very effective, secure and time-saving method to improve QFN rework yield!
